During the building of an underground utility tunnel near the village of Azadvar in Khorasan province of Iran, surprisingly an ancient buried castle was discovered, this is the first video which shows the discovery of a tower of this castle:

Archaeologists believe that it was built in the early Islamic period, the interior of tower is similar to other ones from this period in this region, like this one:

It is interesting to mention that before Mongol period, Azadvar was a city, not a small village as it is today.
