Topic: Hello I'm new! Posted: 04-Sep-2016 at 04:00 |
Hi, I wasn't sure what to title this post but I guess I can start with the fact that I'm obviously new to the forums and I want to say that I'm amazed and really excited to know that there are people like me who actually like history.
I love Southern European history/civilization and Thai civilization as well as my own Persian, Turkic, and Russian ancestry. I kind of appreciate all of the worlds societies however I am specifically fond of the colonial era and the world wars. I am deeply fascinated by the Chinese civilization as well and the cultural brilliance of China. I also love to study all the dynasties (except the Qin and Yuan, who needs them lol). But anyways, I think it's amazing that this many people are interested in the same topic as I am, and I'm very happy to have found this site. :)
