May be you also know too, recently, the social situation of Hong kong is not so stable, people, especially those young people are very angry, they do not like China, many want independence

Actually, after 1997, the life in Hong Kong becomes harder, but the true reason is not the  suppression of Chinese government,or the Communism, ironically, the true reason is  the integration between China capitalism and Hong Kong capital ,  those Hong Kong enterprises become invest heavily in China, but they are not interested in  investing  heavily in Hong Kong, they may maintain the old business here, but not to start new project, on the contrary, they invest in China, and the capital comes their business in Hong Kong, yes they earn money from the people of Hong Kong, then they invest these money in China.

So without big investment projects, the economy of  Hong Kong is not as good as it's pre 1997 years, and the standard of living is falling, but no one can  change this situation, you cannot for bide those enterprises not  to invest in China

So no one can save Hong Kong, we Hong Kong people are falling, so pity, but not due to Communism, but to the capitalism.Cry

Beijing may soon issue an interpretation of Hong Kong's law to disqualify some legislators who they feel was not properly sworn into parliament. Legally, Beijing does have the right to interpret Hong Kong's laws, but only done so four times since Hong Kong was handed back in 1997.

Human greed doesn't belong to any one ideology.

But what can we local hong kong  citizen do, especially those younger generation, they feel that they do not have future, so as to the city, ad it is mainly due to the rapid development of China, that is absorbing a large amount of Hog Kong capital

Some young people want independence, but all people know that it is impossible, but they still do so, do you know why, they want to provoke China ,ad then they think that they could get the status as the political  refugees, ad then migrating to the western nations, to get a better future

A great gamble, but will the western nations accept them?

and it is really a tragedy

Hong kong is a special city,  we Hong Kong citizen feel that we are a group of  orphans, no one really cares us , of course not UK, and not even China, they all want to get advantages ad service from us, but they do not really care us, so from this viewpoint, we feel that we are a group of economic prostitutes. This term is not so politically  correct, you may delete it,  I do not care, but this is our real feeling
China cares North Korea much more, at least give Kim  a large amount of food ad other resource, totally free, but we even have to pay for China food and water supply

There is no future for Hong Kong,

There is no special position in Chinese agenda for Hong Kong

This was never capitalism based on the western model... iow democaratic...but a bastardization of the same for the remanants of the communist ideological oligarchs that have run the PRC for the last 45 years.

Understand that and you understand. You are correct this is not communism..it's not even bad socialism or American Leftist progressivism but a form of fascist oligarchy.. cloaked in false nationalism...same same Russia.

Best...get the hell out of there. If ya can.

I will pray for you.

Get the hell of this?

Which nation would accept this kind of political refugees
And by the way, even in the west you can find this kind of capitalism

they just operate this in the corporate  level, but not in the national levelCry

Now, after half of a year, I talk about Hong Kong again

Bad, very bad, it is in the aspect of economy, China has a good plan in order to absorb our money, company, and good people

She set up free tradezone in guangzhou, and shangzhai, and company and people move away
Hong Kong cannot not stand,

today, us ambassador in hong kong talks about one country two systems with a local reporter, and Mr ambassador stats that the system is performing well.

I still believe the basic question is that whether Beijing agrees to use Hong Kong as her financial center, or replacing Hong Kong with other Chinese cities, such as Shanghai or Shenzhen, but one thing is certain, Hong Kong capital and comapnies would continue to move northward, back to China. And the living of Hong Kong people would be very bad in the future
One day, Hong Kong (but not China) would explode, we Hong Kong people have to escape from the Volanco , but who would accept us.

Hong Kong is very supressing, but not in the political aspect, only in the economic aspect
When Hong Kong finishes, please remember us
