The link below brings some photos of a P-51 Mustang applied with an experimental paint scheme. Does anyone know the name or if this cammo was used operationally?

'Dazzle' scheme was used for US trials purposes pre-war..
It was not used operationally, 'olive drab/gray' was standardised
for US Army types.

The 4 x 20mm H-S cannon fit out in the Mustang - was to the original British specifications, being the basic standard RAF fighter armament at that time,
but the US reverted to 0.5in HMG armament due to finding their version
of the H-S cannon problematic in service.
