I suppose it's possible Hitler could still have kids, but his servants found little evidence of sexual activity when he was with Eva Braun. He was probably impotent and diverted his sexual frustrations into rabble-rousing speeches

He may have been wounded again later in the war, but the medic who treated Hitler claims he lost his testicle in October 1916. He asked the doctors if he could still have children:

I gather, Nick, that Hitler, and cohorts, were a wee bit upset with Charlie for making a fool out of his image. I think it has been suggested Charlie Chaplin had been place on some sort of execution list for his troubles. Can anyone confirm this? 

Around 1943, the Allies commissioned a psychiatric study of Hitler based on all availalble data at the time.

The study concluded, among other things, that Hitler was abused by his father (big surprise - aren't we all), and consequently developed an Oedipus Complex that would have perverted his sexual drive.  According to interviews and other evidence, Hitler never engaged in sex with Eva Braun, and probably did not engage in any form of normal sex with his niece, Rudi Gellar.

His perverted sex drive allegedly, according to the psychiatric profile, led him into delusions of grandeur based on his own form of monomania,  fueled by a desire to show his absent mother what he was capable of of, and completed his transformation into a sociopath.

IIRC, there was also some evidence of narcissism.

I thought he had Roehm killed because:

1. Roehm was one of the original thugs he didn't need any longer, and

2. Roehm was homosexual.

The OSS shrinks cocluded that if anything, Hitler was most likely asexual.
