I had never heard of Mekhranian language, it sounds like Makrani, Makran (southeast of Iran) has been mentioned in the ancient Persian sources, of course it is also similar to Mukri (Mukriyan), an old Kurdish language which is said to be similar to Median language, however I don't think there is any mention of this language in the ancient sources.

Some names have been mentioned here: independent.co.uk, these female names are Ushimanay, Alagahnia, Irsakinna and Bisoonoomay. However they don't sound like Iranian names but it is interesting that they end with the "-a" (or ay) sound, like the Persian female names.
