Good article... but they should've put Turkey into the equation more seriously. If Iran emerge as serious power in the Middle East, Turkey is the only possible candidate to balance the shift in Middle East. Turkey now has good economy with sizable military budget to be able to operate beyond their borders. I'm still puzzled as to how Greeks could join EU, but Turks can't. Confused
