i was just wondering what  civilazation (with some soft of government and cities) was the oldest on earth.

depends on what you call civilization, but as a culture group and first cities Sumer has the most evidence behind it.  I think the city of Ur is usually regarded as the oldest city..I think.

The first civilization were Sumer, 3.500 BC to 2.000 BC; the first and most important city was Uruk.
