Where are the Seljkid Sultns of Syria, Kermn, Iraq and Khorsn? Besides, netiher Selchk (Seljk) Begh nor Qlch Arslan I were Sultns; the Anatolian Seljkid rulers didn't use the title Sultn before Sultn'l-A'zm Sanjar's reign. It was after Sanjar's death that the Seljkid rulers of Rm (Anatolia), Syria, Kermn, Iraq and Khorsn became independent Sultns.
Anyway, I voted for Tughrul (Toghrl) Begh.

If you also meant the Seljuks of Rum, why didnt you include Kutalmish Khan, Kutalmishoglu Suleyman Shah and Kilich Arslan II?
I think the best ones were Alp Arslan (Davudoglu Mehmed, his Islamic name), Tughrul Beg and Kutalmishoglu Suleyman Shah. Suleyman Shah was one of the best ones because he build the Seljuks of Rum (Anatolia).
And you should also know that the title of Begh was used by the first rulers, and the title "Shah" was used until the reign of Sacjar.

No one voted for Malik Shah except me, I think it is obvious that Malik Shah was the greatest Seljuk king.

i totally agree with u. he moved the capital to isfahan, and
incorporated many persian elements into their life which are
still present today. that is also why i voted for him

Tughrul Begh and Alp Arslan were way better than Malk-Shh in terms of military and statesmenship.

but its is the shah overall tha ti look at and after him immedialey the
seljuk status went down. showung that no-one could replace him.afterall
he left an important part of persian culture to the persians themselves
and fully understood art. we see examples of his glory in
isfahan,samarqand & herat.
