Yes she is...she created all the soundtrack together with Hans Zimmer. And there was also a second part called "More music from Gladiator", because it made such a sucess.
Also she contributed in "Baraka", "Whale Rider", "Ali", "The 13th Warrior"...

..Thanks Perun....i thought as much, i know a friend who has the Whale Rider soundtrack but i was not aware that Lisa Gerrard was the vocalist, i will duly borrow the cd and have a listen!!!..
