Topic is our origins.

And i m white, u see me that i m white. And other Azeris in pics.

If you mean the origins of your people they originally were a white race and said to be a homeland by many. Many try to say otherwise but after carefully studying the evidence I cannot believe them.

Because they hate us (armenians and kurds) And Because we are muslim, so christ people say always that Azeris is non-white.

But we have non-white people too that looks like (north african, middle eastern) but Majority is white.

They say north of Iran is white, right?

In north parts of iran lives Azeris, Gilakis and Mazandarins. Wich is only white groups ( including Perisans and Lors) In Iran.


But like i said, i really dont wanna discuss it here.

And i think We Azeris, Speaking Turkic Languague, But Is Mixture of South-Caucasus and North-Iranian tribes.

Emil I am not kurd and kurds dont hate us too..
 
I dont care If you are white or not. I just said, I have different stereo types. So maybe you are right. Maybe not.
 
But I am sure about one thing, You are not neutral..
 
You can find a lot white in Turkey too absolute in blacksea coast but that does not clasify us as white race.. (I think same about azeris and armenians too.)

I m not neutral?

If Georgians clasify as White Race then are we Azeris.

And what u call white? Must wee look like nordics or what?

U can Easyly see it, we are White Race.

And like i said there is many non-white Azeris too so i m sure that u have seen them.

But u dont have been in any Azerbaijan region so u dont know.

Came her u can find many that even look like Nordic (My dad exampell) and specially in South Azerbaijan ( Iranian Azerbaijan) In Azeri villages there is sooo many people that looks nordic.

Colour is just a matter of light. Photographs don't mean sh*t.

By the way, 'race' have absolutely no genetic basis, so there is no 'white race' at all.

Feel free to post your rubbish at Stormfront. I don't think they will tolerate a Muslim among their ranks though.

So go sue the US government for using the term Caucasian! Call them names but there it is the light skinned races that spread across Europe are said to come from around that area and all the name calling in the world won't change that! If there is no white race then there is no black, no whatever else and the differences are all an optical illusion! What amazing scholarship!

Guys please.....

And people from Turkey dont know us Azeris, so its normally when they say sh**s like that.

I dont know how they imagine us, but put into your heads that we Azeris is from South-Caucasus Groups mostly in Republic Azerbaijan.

What difference does it make?  Azaris are human beings and that's all that should matter, at least as far as I am concerned. I also noted the very selective nature of these photos, I know many Azaris and most are olive skinned.

I have no problem recognizing that there are light-skinned Azeris.  My problem is when you use the term "white" to describe light-skinned Azeris.  What about darker-skinned Azeris?  Are they not Azeris as well?  Are they not "white" enough?   I think that we are all agreed that Azeris have various different origins (just like all other peoples).  Issues like skin-color are irrelevant. 

I would recommend that you begin to truly appreciate the diversity of what it is to be Azeri, and focus less on color.  It doesn't matter what others think - they're ignorant.  All they see is just one part of the elephant and not the whole, and let's face it, some do that just to be provocative.  Once you become confortable with your identity, nothing should phase you.

Are u sure that u are an Azeri?

Maybe u are an mongol?

I m Azeri and white and not mongol Angry.
 
If you are Azeri and not a Mongol then you have little to no Turkic blood in you. You are most likely an admixture. I'm an Egyptian but am light and considered 'white' but your color does not tell the whole story, your background does.
 
BTW, saying Turks make you laugh is offensive to me considering I am a quarter Turk.

There was a genetic Y chromosome study done in that region.  Here is a quote from the results:

"The Turkish and Azeri populations are atypical among Altaic speakers (Table 1) in having low frequencies of M130, M48, M45, and M17 haplotypes. Rather, these two Turkic-speaking groups seem to be closer to populations from the Middle East and Caucasus, characterized by high frequencies of M96- and/or M89-related haplotypes. This finding is consistent with a model in which the Turkic languages, originating in the Altai-Sayan region of Central Asia and northwestern Mongolia (31), were imposed on the Caucasian and Anatolian peoples with relatively little genetic admixtureanother possible example of elite dominance-driven linguistic replacement." - The National Academy of Sciences

First of all, u guys compare North, with South Azerbaijan , wich is very very different.

I m sure that u guys have meet with South Azeris, not North Azeris.

Secondly, some of u guys say that Azeris is olive skinned, Really?

Maybe in Iranian Azerbaijan but not here, and being (white) is not to have white skin colour like snow man. Donr forgot that South Europeans too are olive-skinned, and We North Azeris is not olive-skinned.

And in Iranian Azerbaijan, i dont think even they is Azeri.

Most of Them is turkemsn that calls Azeri.
