Imagine if one of NASA's intelligence revealed to the world that Covenants are on their way to Earth. What would be our reaction? Just wondering what's on your mind if such scenario occured.

by the way those covenants have shields against bullets they would slaughter us like you see at Halo how all your companions are killed instantly

I have played the game only, not too much on its history. Can't nuclear weapons penetrate the shield or... and shield can be penetrated by bullets... right? I could use assault rifle to kill another opponent with shield. Right?
