The Iranian munitions presented by the US in Iraq as evidence against Iran were forgeries, they were identified as such due to the American dating that was used on the munitions' serial numbers.
 
mmddyyyy rather than ddmmyyyy which is used by the Iranian factories.
 
These pictures don't have the date after LOT because they are hollow display samples - not live.

I don't think it was the Mesbah, that was launched in Russia.  I am talking about an experimental home launched rocket being tested for the future launching of up to 10 sattelites.

Iran is (supposedly) involved in this multi-national project along with Ukraine & others.
 
 
I can't find enough solid sources about Iran's involvement in this project.  Just articles on sites I don't know.
If I don't find more credible sources soon, I might delete this post.
