There is a village in the Suburbs of Istanbul called "Polenezkoy", Polish Village, Turks and Poles for quite a few centuries now have had pretty good relations.
 
Who said anything about Mongols.
 
Its well known original "Bulgar's" were a Turkic tribe, Huns entered Western Europe, Pechens, Avars also all before the later migration of Oghuz Turks.

That flag you have for the Hazar Turks is wrong.  This flag is for the Hazer people of Afghanistan.  The flag for Karakalpaks....I've never seen this, the Karakalpak flag I've seen is more similar to the Ozbek flag.  Why is the Mongolian flag posted up?
For Turks, the homeland isn't Turkey, nor yet Turkistan. Their country is a vast, eternal land: Turan!

First of all ; Hazar People lived next to the north-western borders of Caspian Sea ; not Afghanestan ; however ,early Hazar Turks founded a state whose religion was basically decided to be Judaism ( first monotheist Turks )
Pollonaise Turks still exists there ; widespread through out Polonia-Norwegian Terrains . ( They were prosecuted to genocide in Norway in early 1930s )
