I'm not sure I agree with how you worded this poll. I don't think it's right to "kill" any baby, either, however, there is NO BABY when it is just a bunch of cells.

So, I'm going with the top one - it's a mother's choice. (although I believe that in most cases, both the mother and father agree with the decision)

What if the baby is in his/her third trimester and the mother suddenly decides to abort?...therefore I go with choice 3.

I chose the number 1. It should be the mother's choise. I think this would be better a mix of number 1 and 2. The mother should have the choise, but depends on circumstance this choise should vary.
