Ok guys i have a question for you. Before the British arived in India and took control were the majority of the people in the area of what is today Pakistan of Indian (Dravidian) stock or were they Iranic or Baluchi? I really would like to see some answers with some information to back it up not just your opinions. Thanks to who ever contributes to this Q and A.
The majority of people in Pakistan would have been probabaly Iranic, most of Pakistan west of the Indus is. I myself am Pashtun. Also the British ruled Pakistan for a lot shorte period than here India, rule across the Indus was pretty weak at all times, and they never rules Balochistan south of Quetta and half of the Frontier ever. Got thrashed pretty badly there too. I think thats where we get our reblious streak.
