you can't realy stipulate on an exact date, durign the reign of Augustus borders didn't changed much. anyways, I say 9 AD then.

In 480 the realm of Julius Nepos (Dalmatia) was occupied by the East
Romans and in 486 the Kingdom of Syagrius was occupied by the Franks.

Actually, I made a mistake and I apoligize. The date is 481 which means you were the first to get it within ten years.

actualy his title was Dux, which is duke, so his realm was a duchy, not a kingdom, he was only called king of Romans (Rex Romanorum) by the Franks

IIRC his official title was Magister Militium per Galliae.
The meaning 'duke' for 'dux' and 'king' for 'rex' didn't exist yet in the 5th century.
