When I said larger I was using it to summarize having a bigger budget, better equipment quality and so on. Not a straight head count of troops. Then again perhaps your superior military knowledge to mine has come to the conclusion that having large numbers of poorly trained and equipped infantry is the most important thing an army can have and more advanced equipment secondary.

nah I knew what ya meant.....and contrary to popular belief they are neither poorly trained in the fundamentals nor poorly organized nor poorly led necessarily, when one considers the dogma of their ideologies and past military experience. Certainly their re-analysis as regards the fundamental requirements of their force and their training and doctrinal development and adjustments and ongoing expansion and upgrading and addition of systems proves this.
The very technological expertise necessary to successfully 'maintain and fight' modern equipment (to include that which might even be three decades old) and stay abreast of the tactical and strat and logistical knowledge, necessary to do so, especially with 21st ce versions, also confirms it. Tho much of that is thru theft and absorption and reverse engineering.
That earlier was the consensus of 20 years ago my socialist Amigo. Consequently, my superior military experience, knowledge and research and innumerable contacts still in and or working for the DoD as well as foreign nationalists in the same arena, long after being in the game, continues to keep me not only in 'it' but ahead of the vast majority.
To be fair I've been at this over 40 years.....
But I have to work this week..... (judging livestock...to bad ya aint here it would fun) therefor must let ya go.... so until later in the week...I urge ya to continue your military research and maintain yer jovial nature.
