Yes, since that event occured in a police station.
At first, the media claimed that it was a gendarme HQ, but the general staff denied in a harsh tone.
I knew it from the beginning. There are many far right nationalists among high ranking police officers.

Why would the 'deep state' bother with Hrant Dink? No, I do not see any connection.

I assumed when i first heard about this 'deep' state, it was just a hard core of powerful ultra
conservatives within the military and their supporters within the rest
of state apparatus. I have to ask; is it really organized or more a motley collection of like minded groups?

Hope they do! Apparently this is the picture and related article:
Ismet Berkan, editor of the Radikal newspaper, said that the footage proved "that the murderer and his associates are not alone, that their supporters... have penetrated all segments of the state".
Police spokesman Ismail Caliskan said an investigation was under way into officers seen in the footage, as well as into who leaked it to the media.

Apparently there're some developments in the Hrant Dink's killer case. He was spotted, after the murder, posing with police officers who apparently praised him:
Turkey probes Dink suspect video |
Mr Samast was charged last week with Hrant Dink's murder | A probe has begun in Turkey after a man charged with killing a Turkish Armenian journalist appeared in a video posing with police and the national flag.
Footage showed Ogun Samast, 17, in front of one flag and holding another while uniformed police posed with him.
The images caused shock in Turkey, with one newspaper suggesting the teenager was treated like a hero.
He is accused of killing Hrant Dink, who was shot dead outside his newspaper offices in Istanbul on 19 January.
Mr Dink was well-known for writing controversial articles about the mass killing of Armenians by Turks during World War I. He had been the target of multiple death threats from Turkish nationalists.
His murder triggered anger and shock across Turkey. | http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6323887.stm

There is not something like this. You are getting nonsense information. Turkish nationalist are opposing that "yes we are sorry too from Hrant Dink's murder but you are exaggerating by saying we are all Armenians".

...The building housing the Agos offices was surrounded and searched by
security forces on Thursday morning. Although they found no explosives
there, two police officers stayed on to guard the entrance to the
building.
Later in the day, police in Ankara blew up a suspicious package
outside the Turkish parliament which carried a TIT note calling for the
release of the two main suspects in the February 19 shooting of Dink.
The package contained a timer but no explosives, police told Reuters
news agency. The note warned that real explosions will follow unless
Ogun Samast and Yasin Hayal are released...
